About The Founders
Charlene Jacobi and Abe Rutman opened Town Center Pharmacy in November of 1998. Both have worked tirelessly to make Town Center Pharmacy a warm, family-friendly environment where people are treated more like neighbors than customers. As a staple in town for over 20 years, Charlene and Abe are proud to know the majority of their customers by name and personalize service to each accordingly. Their pharmacy experience in Westchester began in 1992 when they took over Kadish Pharmacy in North White Plains. In 2011 they bought Bedford Pharmacy and in 2016 they opened Rye Ridge Pharmacy in Rye Brook. They are extremely active in the local communities supporting and giving back to numerous organizations.
